Bulk-billing clinics often need to see many patients each hour to stay financially viable. This can mean shorter appointments, longer waits, and extra visits just to receive test results.
At Sandgate Doctors, we value your time and your health. We keep waiting times as short as possible, offer same-day appointments for urgent issues, and have a reliable system for notifying you about test results. This means you only need to come back when it is medically necessary, and you receive thorough, personalised care at every visit.
From 1 January 2026, our updated private fees will apply. We aim to continue providing high-quality, accessible care while keeping costs as manageable as possible for our patients. Medicare rebates remain available for eligible consultations and can be processed on the spot.
Important Information About Private Fees
- Private fees apply to all patients.
- Childhood immunisations and GP Chronic Care Management Plans are excluded and will continue to be bulk billed.
- Concession rates are available at the doctor’s discretion under certain criteria—please speak with your doctor during your consultation.
- Dr Michelle Ng: Dr Ng is available only two days a week with limited appointment times All appointments will be charged the full fee.
